britain's prince harry took part in a solemn ceremony at the tomb of the unknown in arlington national cemetery in virginia. harry, as a pilot in the british army, recently returned from a combat tour of duty in afghanistan. he placed that wreath at one of the graves with a message. to my comrades in arms in the united states of america who have paid the ultimate price in the cause of freedom. captain harry wales is the signature at the bottom of the card. harry is also doing other things on his visit. he visited some of the wounded soldiers at the walter reed medical center. that's coming up shortly. >>> many are calling amanda berry a hero for escaping and alerting police to the other women who have been abducted against their will and held captive for a decade. could police perhaps have found these women earlier? >> they didn't seem to give any real true desire to the case. >> that man said that he is almost certain it's not certain that he saw gina dejesus the day he was abducted moments before she was abducted. he said police did not want to listen. his story next. gathered here t

at safeway. ingredients for life. >>pam: top spot. and california attorney general kamala harris is going after chase bank. why she says one of the biggest banks failed its customers. the kron-4 news at six continues. california is suing one of the largest banks in the nation -- claiming that j-p- morgan chase used illegal collection efforts. the lawsuit was filed thursday by california's attorney general kamala harris. it says that the company filed thousands of debt collection lawsuits every month from 2008 to 2011 using improper practices that shortcut procedures required under california law. harris says the company's methods include "robo- signing" to collect credit card debt. older than you folks. i have been watching the president since harry truman. i think this whole thing about benghazi is very clear. if you remember back to the second presidential debate when mr. romney was debating mr. obama, he did not bring up the question of benghazi. it was my understanding that he received an intelligence agency briefing prior to that debate. most of the material concerning benghazi was classified. i was wondering if that was the reason he did not bring it up because he no was classified. as far as what actually happened, i think that is abundantly clear mr. obama got beat in the first debate and could not take another beating. they tried to cover it up and make it look like it was something other than what it really was. it was because he did not need to get creamed in another debate. he lied about it and it is that clear. definitely, we see that discussion in the hearing yesterday with the other side of the aisle talking about this classified aspect. most of the stuff was not classified. it has been put under the shroud by this administration. out wass narrati
